how do you think dragons would show affection to each other? in any context, like with a mate, or even towards their parents or children.

hugs? "kisses"/licking, like dogs do? nuzzling?

how do you think dragons would hug, anyway? with their arms? wings?

Going off of the medieval descriptions of dragons as loners or small family units, I'd assume something similar to existing natural conventions. One of the parents would drop seed and run (likely the male) while the remaining parent would nurture offspring. Thinking mostly cat or dog-like nuzzling, licking, and cuddling.
